Last Tuesday I attended the workshop for art in the Mishkim art gallery. The art was all done by Mercedes Matters who had donated some of her paintings. Her art was all in abstract and modern form. As time had gone on throughout her life. Mercedes art became more and more abstract. This was the first time I had seen this type of art form. It seemed that she liked to draw alot of triangles and tables. I found it interesting and felt informed after the tour. I am looking forward to going to Moma to see some more of this type of art.
