On September 17,2009, I attened two workshops within the two hours which originally set for clubs. In my opinion, the second workshops was a gift from both the first workshop and Anthropology class; because the first workshop was too short and left us with plenty of time, so my friends and I decided to print out articles for Anthropology class in library. When we entered library, a worker handed us a flyer which announced a workshop will be hold in library within few minutes. At first my friends and i were struggled because there was limited seats and we needed time to print out articles, so we might not able to attend this workshop. However, when i finished printing, i saw the worker moved chairs from other place to offer more students, like us, to participle. Therefore, i decided to accept the offer, sat on one of the chairs, and began to pay attention to the workshop.
The speaker of the workshop proved lots of informations that might be very useful in the future. One of the feature, introduced by the speaker, that i like the most is the feature which enable students to schedule a research consultation. Since i am not good at work on research papers, it will be a great tool for me to use when i need. In general, the library is similar to the the general public library i used to go, but there is more services in this library compare to the public library.
In fact, i like the workshop because the speaker had introduced many useful informations that will benefit the listeners, when we need the sources for each individual course in the future.
