Workshop: Library Basics

On September 17, 2009, I attended a workshop that was held by the library. The name of the workshop was Library Basics. It took place in the Baruch College: The William and Anita Newman Library at 12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. It was a good workshop and the librarian provided us lots of useful information. From this workshop, I learned how to check out books, how to use the CUNY database, and how can I get help from the librarians. I also found out that I can talk to the librarians without coming to the school. I was glad to attend this workshop, because it was very useful. Because of this workshop, I began to use the CUNY database and I am very familiar with it, now.
