Library tour

Library tour was pretty cool..Jahn explained its history and where the departments are. With all due respect, I felt that it was unnecessary though because finding where things are in the library should be left to be done by the college student alone. I mean all of us has been in the library by the 3rd week of school and if we survived trying to find where buildings and food chains are, It should be easy for us to search the library. I really appreciate the Jahn and Renee’s effort though. The printing room in the second floor needs constant maintenance because usually one of these printers work slower than expected. I learned that the Engelman reading hall is really the “sleeping quarters” and so I should be able to use that if my breaks were longer. The reference table has 2 main representatives ready to answer a student’s question and the other 4 people in the back are usually just typing. The line for the computers are usually long, however, Im beginning to learn on what time I should aim for to use it. The bathrooms are cleaner than the ones in VC, the cafeteria on the first floor is smaller and simpler, and the Bursar’s office is in the eight floor. I do enjoy going to our library because that is where I can actually focus on my homeworks and whatnot. The textbook center should work faster because seriously the line is long all the time.
