After spending 15 minutes of people pushing, kids swiping their ID cards I finally arrived at the club fair. The clubs were positioned in long rows all the way to the end. It was kind of a a moment of bewilderment because there was so many clubs trying to get new members, trying to bribe us with candies, and other miscellaneous objects. Going into the club fair I had a pretty good feeling I wasn’t going to join any clubs till I see how well I do in school this semester. However many clubs did entice me such as the archery club, Wall St. club, and the chess club. I will probably join some of the clubs next semester depending on how well I do in school. If I don’t join any clubs next semester I will definitely go to the club fair next year with a good idea on the clubs I would like to join. The club fair overall was a nice experience, but at times when talking to club officials it became hard to hear due to the music and the mass amount of people in the gym. It was easily the best workshop so far.
