Arts at Baruch: The Nature of Landscape

This post may be more offensive towards Baruch than I’d like it to be, but the workshop, and probably this whole section of Baruch, seemed pointless. If there was any section of Baruch that is under appreciated, or rather misplaced, it’s the Arts section. The Mishkin Gallery is in the back of the Field’s building, where no student would so much as trip upon this place.

As for the gallery tour itself, most of it was photography at unusual angles and how many of these pictures have double meanings. Some of the artist’s profiles were interesting, but the pieces certainly weren’t as inspiring as some of the pieces at the Metropolitan, and it just seems to run of the mill to genuinely be interesting.
