Enrichment workshop Freshman reception 9/17

Last Thursday 9/17 was our first workshop which was the Freshmaan reception workshop and it sort of felt like orientation all over. First off there were sooo many kids outside the room waiting to get in. Once everyone was able to enter the room, we had a discussion of how baruch is so far and what we think of it. Since there were so many students they had to seperate us in different rooms. The organizers of the event asked us if we had any questions of the school, what we most liked about the city and what we do on our breaks. It was a pretty cool workshop.  I would defenitely recommend it to another student because it was in a way a social event and you were able to socialize with other freshmans, which made it pleasant. I wasn’t really surprised in any way because it was just like an orientation. I’d give this workshop 2 thumbs up
