I went to the student services fair/workshop on Oct 14th. This time was a little different compared to the other workshops. Before i entered, i was asked for my social security number, which i didnt have so i had to enter my student ID #. I got into the multipurpose room and was surprised to see that there werent that many people. Everyone was just crowded around a few booths, each representing the different services provided at baruch. The student life booth was so kind to give me a free Gillette razor, and the health center gave out a few condoms, how nice. The study abroad booth was informative along with the writing center. Its nice to know i can have someone at the writing center help me with a paper and improve my writing skills when i need it. I can also send them my paper through email. Soon enough, the whole room started to get crowded real fast, which was my que to get outve there. Everyone was just in a rush to get their cards hole-punched by the different booths so they can get out.
