On November 11th i visited the Mishkin gallery on 22nd and lexington. it was my first visit to the art gallery and i was thoroughly impressed. it was a very nice setup and i enjoyed it completely. it was great to be able to explore and learn more about the buildings and places of interest around Baruch and is going to be useful incase i ever want to take a friend to see beautiful artwork. my tour began a little late about five minutes after one and didn’t last particularly long. they were able to show and explain many pieces art that i would not have known anything about had i just gone there myself. on piece i took a particular liking too was the Mercedes portrait because of its technique, i personally like abstract art very much and i use it when i paint, i love how Van Gogh used it and i have tried to replicate many of his works.
