For the personal enrichment workshop, there was only one remaining workshop that i was able to attend so i went. i was not really looking forward to this workshop, it was called stress and anxiety reduction. but i was glad i chose to attend this workshop because although they didn’t neccessarily teach me anything of much importance, it made me feel better. they showed us many ways to relax and relieve stress when we need to but i don’t feel comfortable with those methods much and i don’t think i will be using any of them in the near future but they did have a meditation moment with very relaxing and smoothing music where we were to just sit back comfortably and rest. that rest helped me take away all teh tension i had from earlier that day and i went to my next class refreshed. it was a great feeling.
