Mediating Conflicts

This workshop was very disorganized, despite the need to RSVP online (which turned out to be compeltely disregarded anyway), and everyone was just crammed into a room until fire safety hazards were at the limit. A psychology professor talked to the large crowd of people, seated in chairs, on the floor, or standing, about cliched situations of conflict and obvious ways to solve them. The only new thing I learned was about the Ombuds organization at Baruch, which I actually originally had a sense of anyway. I did not enjoy this workshop very much.
