Mediating Conflict and Resolving Disputes

Kind of a boring and pointless workshop. We learn about about  how to resolve problems at baruch and that if we have something to say regarding a policy at baruch we should say something, I was not really paying attention it was a bit dry and boring. It seemed like an immature high school conference session about how to disputing conflict. The woman speaking was some third party mediating mentor that was able to continue the conversation very well, she seem very well spoken was able to adapt to the questions so move on to something else.  The room was very crowded and the section was too long for that topic. There was a sigh or relief when she said this is the last comment.
