Septmeber 17th, I went to the freshman reception held at Baruch. They explained the classes that freshman must take to get into the certain schools. They also helped me understand why Baruch requires you to take a wide variety of classes as oppose to starting on the major freshman year. I initially came to the workshop because of the refreshments that they served but in the end I thought it was a worthwhile experience.
