Gallery Tour

I went to an art gallery tour of Sidney Mishkin. The gallery had artworks from the 20th century. There were modern and contemporary paintings, sculpture, prints and photos. It was related to surrealism. I thought the artwork was very fascinating. I especially liked one oil on canvas by Andre Masson. It was called “Woman from Martinique”. The woman’s face was actually made up of different things. Her eyes were like shells, her nose was like a lime and her nostril holes were like olives. It was very creative. I liked this gallery a lot.
