Where: Room 4-220 at the VC building

Me, Kali and Ashley went to this event. He started talking about stress then gave us raisins. He made us look at it, then feel it, then smell it, then put it in our mouths, THEN chew it, and finally swallow it. He made us do them in detail. Then his twin brother cameĀ  and made us do some kind of stress meditation or something. It was cool but i was very sleepy and i didn’t really benefit from all of the exercises except for when he made us relax our legs. i really felt the “stress coming out” from there.
