This Blog is how we as an LC are going to communicate with each other. This blog is regarding what we will be doing in Freshman Seminar along with what events LC 06 teachers have planned for this semester. You must check this blog to see what is going on with Freshman Seminar.
You may comment on this blog to tell us about yourself! Some things you might include in your posting/blog: Where did you grow up? What are your interests/hobbies? What is your intended major? What other classes are you taking this semester? What student clubs/organizations are you interested in joining? etc. You are not limited to these questions- Feel free to tell us anything interesting about yourself! To tell you about myself, I am a sophomore; I am most likely going to major in Finance and double minor in Spanish (which I am doing now) and International Business, which hopefully I will start in Fall 2010.
I was born in Astoria, Queens, but I have lived for most of my life in Jackson Heights, Queens. I have a part-time job outside of Baruch. In Baruch, I am in TEAM Baruch, which has various positions and I am (obviously) a Freshman Seminar Peer Mentor and a Peer for Career. I also do some volunteer work in my local parish.
In my spare time, I like to catch up on sleep, catch up with friends, and catch up on my favorite tv shows. I also like to watch movies and to shop.
