The event held on September 17th for freshmens turned out to be chaotic. However, I did get an opportunity to sit down and speak to one of the academic advisors, Lancia. We went over the folder I had recived which included the requirements to enter Zicklin school of business as well as an application to declare a minor. I learned that eight required courses are needed to be complete in order to be eligible for the Zicklin School of Business with an overall GPA of 2.5. Lancia explained some pre-requisite courses for certain classes as they are crucial to be enrolled in. It was indeed an educational experience, as now I am aware of what is needed to be completed in terms of requirements for my academic success. Due to an unexpected amount of students who showed up, the event became unorganized and each session had to be cut short but I have no complaints as I did get to speak to one of the advisors.
