Adopt-A-Soldier

I was planning to put some type of snack mixes, beef jerky, microwave popcorn, and a small puzzle/electronic game.  I’m sure the soldier we’re sending these care packages to would appreciate some American junk food and be able to have some type of entertainment when it gets boring. After looking at what my other classmates brought in for this activity, it made me feel good as to what we were doing as a group to help out soldiers and bring them some things to make them feel good. I have a lot of respect for the soldiers that are fighting for us and I hope that these items that are being shipped to them will show how much we appreciate what they are doing for us. I’m glad that I participated in this activity.

I changed my mind and instead got a pack of swedish fish(who doesn’t love that), microwavable popcorn, and a fruit & nut trail mix.

This sounds good, but if its an electronic game you may need to include batteries if that is what it runs on.
