Mediating Conflicts and Resolving Disputes

This workshop taught us about mediating conflicts and resolving disputes. This can range from dealing with another uncooperative student in class to dealing with your own professor. We learned about people we can go to called Ombuds to talk about our particular situation and being able to get advice on how we should handle it. Seeing as I will be in school for the next four years and many conflicts like this shall arise, I found this workshop very helpful in giving me information on what I can do and who I can see when these problems do come up.
