Community, Global Awareness: Freshman Reception 09/17/09

This was the first workshop I attended as a Baruch Freshman. There really was no order to the presentation and I assume they did not expect as many students to show up because they were extremely ill prepared. While walking through the cramped room I was able to receive a cookie. While I ate the cookie I saw some students sitting down discussing something with ad-visors. This workshop was not prepared well. Hopefully in the future the administration will be ready for a greater volume of students and can facilitate the needs of all the students.
