Arts at Baruch

So today, 10/13, I went to the Arts at Baruch workshop at the Sidney Mishkin center of the arts and I actually found it interesting for a few different reasons. First, I was not aware of the fact that we have an art gallery at Baruch since it is so business oriented. Also, I thought the lession that the gallery was trying to portray was interesting. The lession was, do not beleive everything you see in photohraphs because they can be altered to fit the point of view of the photographer.  I also learned that much of the art in the VC are created by students. If i had any art skills at all, i would try to get my art in the VC… but I dont…

    I also went to this art workshop. I thought it was interesting as well. I learned that the picture is not always reality but the photograph alters the image to make it seem more appealing. The colors and abtract photos are cool to look at. I enjoyed going to this workshop.
