Impression Managing

Today i went to the Impression Managing workshop and i have to say it was quite interesting. I didnt realize how easy it is for someone to misread a mail you send to your fellow classmates or workers. The other stuff that was covered was about how you present yourself to others ina  work environment, whether at work, school, or at an interview. Simple gestures could ruin your chances of getting an intership. We learned how first impression is very important and how we should present ourselves during and interview: how to sit, eye contact, tone and all the other stuff. The lady talking, Ellen Stien, gave us many examples of these instances, some were personal others were hypothetical.

I wanted to go to this workshop so badly but I had class 🙁
I hope it was extremely helpful for you and maybe you can talk about it in our next class.
