I attended the global awareness workshop. The workshop took place on 22nd ave in room 301. I definitely learned a lot from the instructor about different programs that I can participate in. HE also discussed immigration which is always an interesting topic. Though I was born here, my father is an immigrant so I have an idea of what many immigrants go through on a daily basis when first arriving to the country.
