Personal Enrichment Workshop

For this workshop, I attended the MEDIATING CONFLICT AND RESOLVING DISPUTES AT BARUCH COLLEGE conference hosted by a Baruch professor.  This conference used many scenarios to demonstrate how we can deal with difficult circumstances we are bound to encounter in college.  This conference will be useful because I am in a learning community full of different, sometimes competing personalities.
