Club Fair

The second workshop I went to was the Club Fair in the Baruch Gym. The beginning of the Club Fair was a disaster. There were like hundreds of people lined up waiting to get it. Only two workers were doing the card swiping thing. Could have been sped up if they had more people or no check-in at all. Something like that. As I entered the vast gym, I saw that it was packed with various clubs. From Indian/Hindu Clubs to some of the most random clubs I ever saw. The amount of people was a lot too. There were many points of interest at the club fair, yet I still didn’t join any. All of them had their ways of advertising and promoting their clubs. Some gave out candy, some gave out cupcakes, and others gave out….pencils? Overall the Club Fair is a great way to blend into the Baruch Culture and social network.
