Impression Management

This Career Exploration workshop was called Impression Management and was taken place on Thursday, November 5th in the VC room 3-165 at 1pm. It was mainly about advices for Baruch students in order to manage their college experience properly. We started with first impressions not only in the real world but also in school; including being on-time to classes and dressing formally in order to give a good impression to professors and staff. Then we continued with time management which involved the proper way of managing academic and social time as a full-time student. We also talked about the resources provided on the Baruch website and campus for students who want to obtain internships on and off campus. Overall I thought it helped me to understand better why I decided to attend to Baruch; a business school.
