Coloring up your future

Alfonso Quiroz spoke about diversity in politics. He said that living in New York makes us have to work harder to stand out because there are so many of us. He told his story of his path into working by Al Gore in the political system. It was intereting to hear a gay man’s story of how he came out to his friends and family, and how his interest in politics developed. Although he said his homosexuality didn’t really effect his work relationships, he exlplained that for others it may be difficult to seperate their personal and business relationships.
