I went to this personal enrichment workshop on October 8th in the multi-purpose room. It was really boring but they just spoke about how to keep your relationships managed and balanced, like personal or professional. How to manage your time and all of that stuff. I chose to attend this workshop because I was being bombarded with work from every angle and it just seemed that there were too less hours in a day to finish everything. I learned a few tips but thats it.
