Big Four Accounting

I attended this workshop a very long time ago on September 10th 2009. It was the first workshop, so of course I had to force myself into going. I anticipated the workshop to be very boring, especially since I didn’t care for accounting. When I walked in, the first thing i saw was how everyone was in professional attire. Luckily, what I wearing that day kind of fit in. The workshop was very long and there was a lot of talking. I found somethings that were discussed useful, such as resume formats and interviewing. It was a very informative workshop, when it comes to jobs and the beginning process of getting a job. They told us how important it was to have a good first impression and how keeping eye contact and body language are things that interviewers look at. It all about looking and acting confident. I felt as if i knew a lot of the information that was being said, which is why I found the workshop to be boring. It would be a good workshop for students that haven’t actually sat down or experienced the interviewing process, but in my case i have already made a resume and been to an interview. Therefore, I’ve done all the research I needed.
