MasterWorks Preview Series Presents a Staged Reading of “A Doll’s House” by Ibsen

It was a fun workshop. Even though I didn’t like the storyline, the performers weren’t that bad.

I enjoyed this workshop. It isn’t like the other workshop where you listen to a lecturer, but watched people act a story. It was a new experience to me because usually when you see a play, the actors have their lines memorized. This play was a reading of the play “A Doll’s House,” but the readers acted at the same time. Also, there weren’t any props involved. The storyline was very interesting and relateable to current day families even though the play was written over a hundred years ago.
