On September 1st our mentor, Sonali Daga, brought us to the library for a short tour. She basically explained everything near the entrance of the library. She told us about getting our own study rooms and also explained the different sections of the library. When you walk in, towards the right of the library is the quiet section with couches where people go to study or relax and just read. To the left is the desk where you would be able to speak to a librarian. There, you could also borrow a laptop, calculator, or software, or renew a book. The first floor of the library has mostly standing computers while the second floor has desks for group studying and more computers. She also mentioned the friendliness of the librarians and how they’re always willing to help students.
