- It was a condensed performance of the play “A Doll’s House.” The goal was to entertain the audience and also to show how the role of women changed over the years. I think it also shows the people tell their true feelings when they are in a time of crisis and that a lot of what they say beyond that is a cover up for what they really think.
- I went to this workshop because it counted as an attendance for my English class. It did not take me out of my comfort zone. I have always loved watching plays whether its on Broadway or in class, I just love how entertaining it is to watch.
- It went past my expectations actually. I thought it was going to be boring and put me to sleep but it was actually very interesting and entertaining. Although I was very sleepy, it held my attention and I would definitely recommend it to others because I absolutely loved it. It has encouraged me to see more performances in the Performing Arts Center.
7. I would not say I learned anything from this experience. It only confirmed what I already knew and it was so intense it made me cry. I loved the idea of having a play where a woman just takes control and says what she really means to say. It is so empowering and I believe it will inspire other women to break free from the hold of men in the future.
