Dear self Letter…

Dear Ilana,

As my experience in Baruch extends, I would like to reflect on a few of my accomplishments so far and a few of my bad habbits.  This far, I have been able to balance school, work, and dancing professionally.  Although I do not have a minute to spare, I do get a lot of pleasure from always being on the run.  Nonetheless, I do have one bad habbit that I can not get rid of; Procrastination.  I am writing this letter last minute, which is already an example.  Throughout this year, I would love to break my habbit and be able to complete every assignment on time and be able to even do work in advance.  The words ” I will do it tomorrow…” should never come out of my mouth.

Furthermore, This year at Baruch, I have joined a dance club called MPAG, where I met lots of different and interesting people who can do very different styles of dance, some of which I have never heard of in my life.  I would like to aspire to them because I want to be versatile in my dancing and be able to dance anything.  This being said, I do feel like everyday, I am improving my teamwork skills, my participation within a group and my confidence level due to this club.

Anyways, I hope next letter I write to you will reflect all my accomplishments of these goals.  I know I can do it, now it is just a matter of keeping up and trying to reach those goals.

sincerely,

Ilana.
