Honestly, I did not find this workshop too be very appealing. I eventually had to leave because I had work so I was not able to sit through the whole workshop. However, it was interesting to hear about their life growing up and explaining different aspects of their lives.
I found the career workshop to be extremely more interesting than this workshop.
