My name is Alvin Ruan. I am a Chinese with a rather humble personality. Humble could be good in a sense since it helps avoid many conflicts. Cinder block at first, but I would open up once you get to know me better. I would consider myself quite ambitious: it is fun to compete and win.

Concerns about college…At the moment, English might be the only obstacle since the professor is very demanding. Timing management would be second. Adjusting to college life would be normal for freshmen, i guess. Perhaps the last one would be exams. Since I’m a freshmen, difficulty might be different so I would have to study even the least expected.

College life is very similar to high school, just more breaks and less classes. Time management plays a big role in college, for cramming really isn’t going to help you as much as it did in high school. Homework are a little bit more time consuming. Pretty much it.

I think my first year in college would definitely get me in shape for sophomore year. Adjustment to college life is difficult at first, but I’ll catch up eventually. Freshmen year would probably be a year to sharpen my skills before the real challenge comes. o.O
