Charles Lee

The panel presentation was not the most fun thing in the universe, I would have much prefered to met Charles Lee ina a smaller room rathe rthan in Mason Hall. I was eager to ask him questions about his life and about the Bitter Sea but since we were in Mason Hall and since I had class at 2:30, it semmed unnecessary. I wish an opportunity like this this comes again because I think he is an excellent writer who has an amaznig way of taking his readers on a journey through his writing. However, I was surprised to see him in the shape that he was, I thought he would be much younger for some reason. He seemed like a hapy fun person who likes to joke around because he was laughing and having fun while explaining about his book. He talked about the type of man his father was and the strict rules that he had to follow in his childhood and how they affected him througout life. The sad part was that our LC was sitting in the balcony and it was kind of hard to hear, I wish I could’ve had a better expeience han I did. I would love to meet Charles Lee in person and ask him questions about his life and career. I hope to have another opportunity like this in the future.
