Career Exploration Workshop (10/28/10)

The Resume Workshop in the multipurpose room was a fun experience but I have to say that I already knew most of this stuff. I took a very similar seminar in my high school which taught me about the important steps in interviews and dressing up for such occasions. I also took place in a couple of resume workshops and mock interviews to understand my different advantages and disadvantages in different interviews. For example, we evaluated if I was nervous, shy, had good eye contact, etc. The workshop went through some of the more similar ideas such as dress codes on interviews, resumes and other important aspects. Lastly, although I have said that I already knew most of this stuff, the workshop was till a very fun experience and I hope to attend more of these in the future.
