Freshman monologue
by thomas.pan
I was absent too many days to create a monologue, so i am going to create a monologue right now.
I am 18 years old and the transition from high-school to Baruch is really tough. I have time management skills comparable to cow’s (If they could manage time, it would probably be really bad). I am terrible at math and i think i failed both of my tests, and i am thinking about dropping the class. I really need to study for my tests rather than trying to cram everything the night or break before the class. I have met some really cool people so far that i probably wouldn’t meet in highschool. I want to do finance by my math skills are lame. I want to become really wealthy and live a comfortable life. I am lazy and i say i want to do a lot of things such as: becoming a DJ; starting an e-business; and investing in stocks, but i still haven’t done it yet. I have no idea why i am typing this monologue on the 5th floor of a st johns dorm. I have a bottle of water to the left of my friendsĀ laptop. My friend across from me is attempting to pick up girls whom major in pharmacy, but it is obviously not working because they are only responding with one word answers. I know he feels extremely awkward. I am not really sure of what to write but i hope this will be sufficient in terms of word count and content.
