I’m going to level with you; I don’t remember much about the Career Exploration presentation. I must have been reading Harry Potter on my ipod or something because I remember being there in the multi-purpose room, signing the sheet and sitting down for a good hour but every little else. If I had to guess, I’d say the presentation was on the three schools in Baruch and the resources available that can help us choose our major. I also remember hearing something about internships and resumes. I knew about all of that already so it’s all good.I’m not going to say the presentation was useless – I’m sure there are people that need to brush up on their resume-building skills and all that jazz but I did not feel the presentation taught me anything new.
