d. How have you changed since you started at Baruch College?

a. My experience at Baruch College has exceeded my expectations. My classes are going well, I have made many new friends, and the school really offers some great things to do when you are not in class.

b. I think my first semester at Baruch College went very well. I have gotten used to the commute to school and I think I am adapting to college well.

c. If I could do my first semester again, I would not do anything differently.

d. Since I started at Baruch, I think I have become more independent and more organized.

2 What do you think you learned at the career exploration workshop?

At the career exploration workshop, I learned how a resume should be written and different tactics to use in a job interview. I also learned about the Starr Career Development Center at Baruch College. The career development center could be useful to me in the future at Baruch.

1 What was your experience at the Rubin Museum?

My experience at the Rubin Museum of Art was not really anything too special. Although the art was nice, truthfully I did not find it to be that interesting. If I was asked to describe one certain aspect of the museum that stood out to me, I really do not have an answer.

My name is Joe Morelli. I am seventeen years old and I have a brother that is two years younger than me. I consider some of my strengths to be my determination and perseverence. When I set my mind on something I usually do it.

Although I haven’t yet really had a defining moment in my life, I have accomplished things that I am proud of. One example is that I was cut from the baseball team in high school, but now I am playing college baseball for Baruch.

1. My name is joseph morelli, i am seventeen years old and i think i am a laid back kid who is pretty easy to get along with.

2.My top 3 concerns about freshman year at baruch were 1. my attendance, because in high school i was absent a lot and in baruch you can only be absent four times in a class. 2. the amount of tests, because in most classes there are only like 3 tests and if you do bad on one it is hard to recover. 3. the reading, because in college you have to read a lot and i don’t like reading.

3. Some ways that college is different from high school is that the teachers really don’t care whether you are there or not, so they are not on top of you all of the time, there is really no homework, and as students we have a lot more freedom.

4. How my first year of college will change me is it will make me more organized, responsible, and independent.
