My name is Simone Hakimi, I’m seventeen years old and I’m from Great Neck. My high school years were the best years of my life, I still cry when I think back. Senior year was crazy for my friends and I. I took all AP’s so it was hard for the first half but once second semester came along we had parties every day and night. I played field hockey and lacrosse all throughout school and loved it. I also took art all my life and I am now working to be a fashion designer. Although I have family in the fashion industry and have pretty much been set up to become a designer when I grow up, my true passion is cars. I don’t even know where to get started with cars. Basically I’m a guy… When I’m bored I research cars rather than stalk facebook. I bully my guy friends into racing me (I’m very cocky about my driving skills). My favorite is between the Aston Martin CarbonV12 and Maserati MC Sportsline… Someday i’ll own both 🙂
College is a huge change for me. Were definately more independent! Our classmates are all different people from different places, rather than the same people we all knew since we were in diapers. No more scheming work.. now your really “only cheating yourself” if you scheme! I hope to study hard while enjoying college!

Hi! My name is Ben Soffer. I am from Manhattan, and went to the Abarham Joshua Heschel school, a private Jewish school. I love my friends and my family, and i also love the knicks. Like i really love the knicks haah. If i could spend the rest of my life somewhere, it would be in Madison Square Garden, watching the Knicks.

My top 3 concerns about my freshman year were making friends, which i over came, doing well, which i pray every day to do well haha, and my last concern is making sure my teachers like me.

I think that my college experience will be different than high school, because high school didnt have so many people! my high school was 250 kids, baruch is thousands so very different.

I think that my first year at college will make me a stronger individual and will help me make smart decisions in the future.
