Free Write Number One

I like my intense observation skills. I do not like my mood swings, my intense swinging of moods. I like to read. I like to read a lot. I do not like math. I do not like math at all. I wish certain people in my class would respect the beauty of silence, the type of silence where you just listen, and your mouth stays closed. I am convinced that obnoxiousness befriends obnoxiousness, and remains in obnoxious bliss, together, and as strong as they are weak. Orange. Nothing rhymes with orange. I wish I had all my textbooks, so I would feel like an official student with nice, ready-to-be-read books. Questions, questions, questions. All of these kids have questions. Questions at times are rather annoying. Why are there so many boys at Baruch, too many of them. I think the female population needs to take over and start a revolution.

A moment I felt embarassed was when I accidentally confused landing on the moon for landing on the sun. I thought: “Hey, wow, I’m the first woman to ever land on the sun!” But then, after my victory dance I realized that I wasn’t on the sun, so I settled for first woman to walk on the moon, not that I walked on the moon. I skipped or you could say bounced on the moon because of that whole zero gravity thing. My personal motto is: ” If you can’t walk on the sun, then why not the moon!?” I say it to myself whenever I’m traveling the milky way, while drinking a glass of milk, a tall glass of milk. I sometimes dream of dreams. Orange, burnt orange. The world is orange and there is no sun, and man is orange, and everything else is orange too.

I chose this picture (thank you Google for being so generous, you’re great!) because sometimes I sit in class reminding myself that no one will tell me how to succeed, it is up to me to decide how well I am going to do, and only the individual is responsible for becoming the “dunce” in college. I definitely want to avoid putting a dunce cap on my own head, so I will be good, as good as I can be.

India is the world’s largest producer and consumer of milk, yet neither exports nor imports milk. New Zealand, the European Union’s 27 member states, Australia, and the United States are the world’s largest exporters of milk and milk products. China and Russia are the world’s largest importers of milk and milk products.”;’
