1- Baruch has lived up to my expectations in terms of classes and services offered. I liked most of my classes this semester and the professors I had. The amount of services offered for students and opportunities was also great.
2- I think my first semester went well. It was definitely a challenge but manageable.
3- I wouldn’t have done anything differently.
4- I have not changed much. I guess I’m more responsible and actually try in school now.

Monologue
My name is Timi Thomas. I’m a freshman at Baruch. I have mixed feelings about the school. The classes and resources the school has to offer is great but being a commuter, who travels about 3 hours a day, I can’t say I’m loving it here.
As for myself, I’m a pretty laid back person. I am passive about most things and can let what does not matter truly slide… pretty sure that’s from Fight Club. Although I’m not very outgoing, I’m also not aloof and reserved and get along well with most people. I am professionally ambitious and do work hard to make sure I achieve my goals.

Who Am I?
I am a pretty laid back person. I don’t like to write much, especially things about myself, I never know what to say.
My biggest concerns for freshman year are that I won’t pass precalculus, will be overloaded by my courses, and managing my time with a 3.5 hour commute everyday. The reasons are pretty self explanatory.
I think the amount of work in Baruch, and college in general is very different from that of high school.
I think the first year of college will help me to be an overall more intelligent and well rounded person.
