From the day I think I was able to control my mind, I been telling myself that I am nothing related to the world but a son of my parent and a brother of my older sister. I care my family so much that even more than myself. I care my family’s health and happiness which are the two most important things for human. My only road in this world is to make them happy. Even though the things I don’t like to do,like study, but I will do it with 100 percents of power if they will be happy. To live forever together with my family will be the most lovely thing in my life. You may say I am a person with no ambition. I agree, but I would say I am who I am. Because every single person in the world has his/her own road.
I usually call myself a thinker because I really think and concern a lot sometimes. My top concern is english. As a immigrant, language effects me in so many ways. There is no way to survive in a country without knowing its language. And I has been in New York for 3 years, but still not finding a way to learn english. My speaking and listening are very terrible. My second concern is hard to make friends in Baruch. Baruch college has so many students that in and out time to time. For our classes, each class has at least 100 students. You get different person sitting next to you everyday. Its hard for you to make friend when your neighbors changing so frequently. My third concern is choosing course for my next semester because I am still not sure what courses they provide and what courses are must-taken.
In high school, is the teacher chasing you. In college, is you chasing the professor. My professors are no more the teacher that care me so much. They just teach and give out assignment. The rests are our responsibility to catch up. I must make up my mind if I really want to learn something here.
I will learn to have survive in the society. I think the college is just a mirror of the society. The college provides everything, includes cafeteria, liberary, clubs, job opportunities, different offices, different services, etc. It is our own ability to use all the things the college provided. If I learned how to survive in college, I can survive in the society too.

I think I am a both diligent and lazy person. Why do I say that? Because I think everyone has their own principle. If the thing I really care and want to do it, I will do it until it’s perfect. If not, I just do it with carelessness. Also, I think I am a special person, because everyone is unique, none can replace. Usually, I keep quiet. I don’t like to talk and I want to have my own time .
The top concern about my freshman year is about grade. I am a satisfied person. I just hope I can pass all the classes at the end of the semester. Since I have started my college life at Baruch, this one month I have found is hard to survive at college, because my second concern is language. For immigrant, the big problem is about language. I just have been here about two years. By different culture, sometimes, I am not really understand what does the professor talk about . Also, I am really worried about my English level. Finally, my third concern is about my future. I don’t know what’s my future going to be and what should I do? Actually, I don’t like NY. Sometimes, I don’t want to stay here anymore. However, for some reasons, I have no chose…
I think college experience is totally different from my high school experience. At college you are responsible to yourself, none cares about you . At college you have more freedom, it’s different from high school. None will force you to do anything. However, you have to pay your tuition fee. It means you have your responsibility. Also, the big account of homework is going to kill you ….
The first year at college will make me change my attitude to study . It will make me to work hard and concern about myself. I learn how to divide my time and do not waste time at some useless things anymore. I think I will learn how to communicate with person though I am a quiet person.

1.I think I am a lazy person. Specifically, I like to stay inside where I don’t have to move too much. I also don’t like to waste my time on time-consuming activities such as exercise. Most of the time, I go home as soon as the school day is over, and I rarely want to stay in school late for another additional second. I think I am very neat with my school work. For example, I organize my binder in a particular way where I can find the materials that I needed easily.
2.My top 3 concerns are school work, grade, and lunch. Everyone is somewhat concerned with school work because the amount of reading is unbelievable. For example, I have to read at least twenty pages everyday. In addition, I have written assignment where I try to be cautious in order to respond the questions correctly. This leads to my second concern that is I try to keep up with the grades. I want to achieve high grades which will benefit my future job interviews. For the third concern, I found that it is hard to find a place to eat. Although there are many restaurants locate around Baruch and there is a cafeteria locate inside Baruch, I have to pay what I choose which is most likely to be really expensive. I don’t wish to spend a large amount of money on lunches. In addition, I start to feel sick of the qualities of lunches served around the school!
3.I think that the amount of reading will make a big difference from my high school experience. In college, I have to read and answer the questions with pressures of concerning answered correctly whereas in high school I rarely open my textbooks and answered correctly. Last, I also learned the degree of difficulties of reading college-level materials.
4.In the first year of college, I think I will adapt a money management skill. In high school, I didn’t spend any on tuition whereas I have to spend large amount of money on college tuition as well as transportation fees and lunches!
