  1. A. I think I am the first person to blog on this blog. I am also a believer in internet privacy, and seeing as this blog is public, this post won’t be very personal.

    B. First concern, is that I’ll be late to class because the class numbers in Baruch are hard to find. Second concern, I’m concerned I won’t do well because I’m used to easy work from high school. Third concern, I’m afraid people will not agree with my views and opinions seeing that they are from such different backgrounds than I.

    C. I think that both the workload as well as the diversity at Baruch will be much different than in high school.

    D. I think it will make me a harder worker, and make me a more independent person.

  2. Hey Fred!! Yep you are definitely the first person! You beat me too it. It’s okay if you don’t want to keep it personal, its perfectly fine. You can play around with the blog features, if you only want Laura and me to read it, I believe there is a privacy setting.

  3. As a freshman before, I definitively had the same concerns as you. But overtime you’ll get the hang of finding your way around Baruch. Now the problem you’ll face later is trying to squeeze yourself in crowded elevators. I’m always late because of that! And I definitely don’t want to walk flight and flights of stairs. I know college is different from high school, especially the work, but if you manage your time well, study, and hand in your assignments on time then you should be fine! Baruch is definitely a very diverse school. I find it to be a good thing because I get to experience and learn things about people from different cultures. Don’t be afraid of people not agreeing with your views and opinions. If they don’t then who cares. You gave your opinion and your perspective and that’s all that matters. And Thanks for being the first person to post! 😀
