Kevin Deane’s 10 Song Playlist

A Day In The Life by Kevin Deane

Just some songs that are checkpoints in my life. They don’t necessarily describe me. I feel like in order to describe a person you have to know the whole picture, and these songs are pictures created by other people. Rather, these songs represent themes that I relate to, issues I wish to help solve, emotions I identify with, and times in my history when it seemed like time stood still, whether good or bad. (SN: keep in mind this list is a FRACTION of my favorites and influences. I just picked a decently versatile and representative list of my entire library)

And I’m not gonna do a song for song description. I’d like whoever is listening to possibly create their own images. I already have mine

Kevin, thank you for prvoding an overview of why you enjoy music. I also like how you don’t imply what the songwriter is saying because you only have a narrow, skewed view based on lyrics. Sometimes, however, it is nice to put your own interpretation and tell us what give personal meaning to you. I can’t see the songs- can you reply comment with the names?
