Keith Ezersky Blog # 4

My favorite workshop had to have been the Rubin Museum. I actually did not want to go to any of the workshops but after going to the Rubin Museum, I’m glad i decided to go. Also if i didn’t go i would have had to write more blogs then I have to do. In all honesty I don’t like these blogs and i find them tedious and annoying. I have a lot of work for other classes and I only have a little free time which I like spending working out and practicing baseball. Getting back to the Rubin Museum. The Museum was very interesting and invigorating. Our tour guide was good and i knew her from convocation and registration back in August. I was suppose to be in her Freshman Seminar class but the Freshman Seminar class that I am in now, is ten times better then that would have been. The Rubin Museum showed a lot of great history about Buddha. It was cool to see the sanctuary for peace that a queen donated to the Museum. It looked like a good place to take a nap. I also liked all the artwork that was there. It was pretty amazing to see all of the sculptures, and even to see how they were being made, and the process it took to make them. That is pretty much all I have to say about my favorite enrichment workshop. It has been real Freshman Seminar PCE!!!!!!

I decided to pick this picture to describe my experience so far in Baruch for a couple of of reasons. I work very hard in this school in order to have the grades that i have received in my classes.  I know I have just begun my college career and understand that I need to maintain this attitude. I also have a new challenge coming up in the second semester. i have to find away to manage my time efficiently between playing baseball for the school and doing well in all my classes. This is going to be challenging. but I like challenges and feel that I can overcome anything that I set my mind to. I am a very determined person and know that I will find the proper balance between balancing my studies and playing baseball. I hope to do well in both baseball and school in the upcoming semester. I believe that if you preserve through hard times, you will feel better and have a sense of accomplishment when you see all the achievements and happy times that you were able to create through this process of persevering. The lesson that I learned from this photograph is that even when you have persevered through a hard situation or task, a new even harder task or situation might come about that you may have to persevere through as well. That is pretty much all I have to say and this is making this blog longer so yea. Thats it.

Keith’s Story

By: Keith Ezersky

Keith I am I am

Full of energy and

Boundless talent

Happy, positive

Full of fun

Eager to learn and fast to run

I have learned from the start to stand

Despite my counterparts

I was born a triplet

One of three

I cam with an instant family

I learned to share at a very young age

In my book of life they share the same page.

Lessons of hardship ring a bell

Looking at me you cannot tell

My mom had cancer when I was nine

g-d spared her life I’m glad she is fine

It made me realize to give back

By helping others I will never lose track

My brothers and I share

a common bond. I wish

I had a magic wand

I will fight for life through

Prayer and cause.  Expend time

Doing so without applause

On a lighter note: my brothers and

I are an immediate team

We play sports to an extreme

I pledge myself to work very hard

to gain a business degree and if

you stick around you will see

Of course, I plan to work very hard

to gain a business degree and

if you stick around you will see.

Baseball is also important to me

Multifaceted I can be a catcher,

3rd basemen, outfielder or all three

Crack! Is the sound you hear

When the ball hits my bat.

It lifts off as far as the eye can see

Lading over the wall for a homerun.

This is the insider scoop

I knocked the ball for a loop

I ran the bases hard and fast

Making the moment last and last

Visions of success are in my grasp.

FIRST LOG POST!! By: Keith Ezersky

Freshman seminar presentation

I decided to do the 8 image slideshow for my first blog post. I picked this one because I think pictures are a great way to show everyone who you are. The first picture I picked was a picture of set of triplets. I am not the one in the photo but I used the photo to tell everyone that I am a triplet. I have two brother. Their names are Eric and Josh. Eric goes to Old Westbury and Josh goes to Suny Farmingdale. The second picture i picked was a picture of a strong guy. I picked this picture because I work out a lot and I do consider myself strong. I am extremely dedicated to working out to stay in great shape and be at the top of my game for baseball. I also consider myself to be a strong minded person. If I make a decision to do something, I am going to do it. The third picture i picked was a picture of the word smart. I consider myself to be an intelligent person who always puts 100 percent into everything I do, in school and the baseball field. I work extremely hard in school to make sure my grades stay at an A or higher. The fourth picture i picked was a picture of the word funny. I like to say that I am a funny person. I am always that kid making jokes but in a good way. I don’t hurt peoples feelings but I do like to joke around in this crazy world that we live in. I like to laugh everyday and I think that if you laugh at least once per day it keeps you healthier and happier. The fifth picture I picked was a picture of a lot of sports. I am very athletic and always play a lot of sports. I am currently on the Baruch Baseball team and have played baseball and basketball in high school and throughout my childhood. I have been on many championship winning teams in baseball and basketball. I also played a lot of football with my friends and I enjoy swimming. Swimming is great exercise because it engages the whole body. The sixth picture I picked was a picture about being responsible. I am a very responsible person. I have strict values when it comes to homework, test, and papers. I am a person who does’t like to leave things to the last minute. If i get what I need to do done early, than I don’t to deal with the stress of forgetting to do it and have nothing done when I walk into class. I am also a very responsible brother. I help my brother with his homework and always make sure he stays on top of his studies. The 7th picture I picked was a picture of a friendly yellow guy. I am good at making friends in new places. I came to this school not knowing anybody and it has only been a month of schools and I have already made a lot of friends. The last picture I picked was a picture about being a leader. I always pride myself of being ahead of the pack. I try to lead by example in whatever I do. I am not a follower, but a leader.
