My career goal is to one day become a stock broker!  So i am going to be majoring in Accounting and probably minoring in economics or finance, either one.  I am really confident that this career path is the right one for me. I mean, i love math and numbers so anything that involves that is good for me.  I also like the fact that i will be making a lot of money, not because of the cars, or big houses, but because i will be able to give back to my parents.  The money is also a plus because i want to travel and to travel you always need to have money for the expenses.  Hopefully all goes well,  and i will be a successful  stock broker in the future.

If all goes well and god blesses me, hopefully some day ill work for the EPA. I really want a job that makes a difference in the world and helps preserve it too. It might not make me a millionaire, but it will give me memo ugh money to live a comfortable life. I also want to someday be a mom, because I love kids, I actually just want 3, again if god blesses me. Ofcourse I also want to be married to my soulmate.

I’m not really sure of what I want to do. I was leaning toward accounting but now I think I’m going to change to something else in Business. I just know I want to do something that will allow me to make money but also something that makes me happy. Maybe International Business or Financial Planning. All I know right now is I want to do something relating to Business. Hopefully the career I choose will be something that will make me happy because that’s something I believe everyone should do.

I’m not positive what career I want, but I know it will either be in the accounting or marketing fields. I have always been a business minded person, especially since my family owns small businesses. In high school I took classes in marketing and accounting that I found intriguing and that is why I will pursue one of them as a career. There are a few things that I want in life and they are: money, nice cars, nice houses, and a family. Either one of the two careers mentioned above can provide me with the first three items on my list. Since I’m still not sure what I want to do I’m considering doing internships in both careers to see which one I like better because I want to make sure what I am doing with the rest of my life is something that I love.

Dear Professor X,

Due to an unfortunate  circumstance, I will no be able to attend to the class for the next following week. I understand that the following week the class will have a midterm exam and I understand that I might not be able makeup for that exam. What do I want to do when i grow up? Make bank obviously, who doesn’t? But my plan to accomplish that is bu going into advertising. At first I was planning to enter creative advertising but people are telling me I should work with people thus I am considering working as the person at advertising agencies that gathers clients for the company, I forgot the name of that position. I know this will bring me money but I don’t know if I will enjoy my job so I plan to intern first at an advertising agency obviously and see if that suits me. Hopefully it does because I enjoy advertising, it is something I understand because I understand the psychology behind it.

Hope you and your loved ones are safe following Hurricane Sandy’s destruction. I am writing to you today due to my inability to attend class for 11/13/12 due to continued suspension of public transportation in my area as well as the ongoing gas shortage. Dear Professor Gluck,

I can not attend class today (11/11/12)  as a result of the hurricane. I am currently residing in NJ,  and the train from NJ to NY are shut down.  I called a car service, only to discover that they are out of gas. By the time  I found a service that had gas, class would have been over at the time of  my arrival. I apologize and hope this will not happen in the future.
