My name is Brian Rodriguez and I will be attempting to show who I am and what is important to me through a powerpoint slideshow.

The first picture shows a picture of me and some of my family. My family is really important to me, I wouldn’t be where I am now without their support. They have provided me with everything I needed throughout my life and I am really grateful for them.

The second picture shows a picture of me and my girlfriend. I’ve been with her for almost two years now. Besides being my girlfriend, she is also my best friend. I don’t know where I would be without her. She has been there for me for anything, no matter what. I’m very grateful for having her in my life. She means the world to me.

The third picture shows a picture of me and a rabbit. I enjoy being with pets and animals, they fascinate me for some reason. I’ve always wanted a pet, a dog specifically. I’ve actually been thinking about studying to become a veterinarian. The only animal I have a problem with are rats and mice because of past problems I’ve had. I’m terrified of them as embarrassing as that is.

The fourth picture shows the flag of the Dominican Republic. It’s where my family is from. I love visiting my family over there whenever I get a chance. I also enjoy the beaches over there. My culture is important to me and I’m proud to be Dominican.

The fifth picture shows education. Education is important to me because it will help when I am trying to be successful in life. It will help me with my chances of getting a career. I try to be dedicated to my education even though my laziness and procrastination sometimes distracts me from it.

The sixth picture shows me doing a “bboy” move called a “baby freeze”. Dancing to me means a lot. It’s what I like to do during my free time. I’ve been dancing for two summers now so I’m still an amateur. Hopefully I will be able to continue to dance and get better at it as I get older.

The seventh picture shows music. I love to listen to music since I love to dance. Everywhere I go, I’m usually listening to music and dancing or imagining myself dancing, as weird as that sounds.

The eighth picture shows one of my dance idols, the dance crew called The Jabbawockees. They really inspire me to dance and they are amazing. They won the first season of the TV show “America’s Best Dance Crew” and, to me, they still are the champions. One day I hope to be even a little close to how good they are.
