I chose this cartoon because when i came to this school i truly was lost i didnt know anything about college i felt that i was poorly prepared for  it and on top of that i was the first of my family to go to college in america. but as the semester progress i gained experience and knowledge i can say that i know more about college than i did before.

i am looking forward for the spring semester

During my first three months here at Baruch College had its ups and it had its downs. At times I was relaxed with no so much of a workload and other times a crazy amount of work with so little time. I could explain my time here with a picture of a computer. I chose a computer because this is what I spent most of my time on the past three months. I do all my work on it. I take notes do research write essay and blogs on it and everything in between. Now that I think of it I do not know what I would do with out my computer. My work would be mediocre due to the lack of recourses and my spelling would be horrible. My computer is my life and I’m sure it is to most people. From 1941 when the first computer was made till now we have made huge progress on computers. The computers those days used to be the size of buildings. Today I’m fortunate enough I can carry one in the palm of my hand. A lot of the work the professor’s gives out here in Baruch College needs to be done on the computer. For example My Math Lab for math 1030 which college algebra is taught and for McGraw Hills psychology is being taught. A computer is a great helping hand and a tool to learn. My first three months here have been normal and not such a hard transition. I have all my friends here and in classes with a lot of them. I also made new friends so that helped me as well. I feel like I have Baruch and very proud to have picked to attended. Baruch is a wonderful place with a lot diversity. I feel as if Baruch is a great place to start networking. Networking is very important for anybody who wants to start a carrier to do. Baruch College offers a lot of important classes to get a person through life especially in a business world and a business mans perspective. Baruch is definitely different than high school. For one thing I barely used my computer in high school. At the end of the day my computer is where I get most of my work done Baruch College is a great school.
